Oily slime bacteria are responsible for bad odors emanating from different emulsions since they proliferate in absence of oxygen and they multiply when the emulsion remains stagnant during the night or over the weekends.
Their decomposition causes the terrible odor from the tank. Our system is able to stop the creation and proliferation of oily slime bacteria by oxygenating the emulsion.
FIELDS OF APPLICATION: Machinery with emulsive lubrification
The floating rubber rod (16mm or 0,63 inches in diameter) extracts the non-emulsified oil which remains on the surface, and reach its maximum efficiency even when the emulsion level is at a minimum in the tank. As it floats freely on the surface, it manages to reach areas unattainable by other similar systems.
Our combo Oil separator: two machines in one!
The diaphragm compressor is lodged in a single machinery unit together with the oil separator; when it injects air, it allows the emulsion to “breathe” while maintaining its liveliness and full efficiency.
For tanks of greater dimensions, it is possible, upon request, to order rods at the required length.

The oil separator machine is completely automatic and works in a continuous cycle, with no intervention required!
Upon ignition, the compressor powers up for oxygenation. By pressing a button, the automatic cycle begins. This combined system yields better results and reduces the costs required for two separate machines.
With a one-year guarantee from the date of purchase, it comes with a spare rubber rod and 2 air dispensers.

This equipment was studied and designed to regenerate industrial machining-tools emulsions. The emulsions cleaning is carried out from an appropriate rubber rod, floating on the machine tool emulsion tank and it extracts the non-emulsified oil which remains on the surface.
